What types of properties do you partner with?
We manage a wide range of properties. Our team is equipped to handle the unique needs of each property type, ensuring effective usage and maximum returns for property owners.
Do you only use wind turbines on your properties?
In short, absolutely not! When we partner with a property owner, we look at a multitude of different variables to determine what type of energy production will meet the needs of the surrounding area and the other contracts. The landowner and their revenue opportunities are our primary concern when evaluating any partnership. We want to see the landowner win, the energy provider win, the energy customer win, and when all their needs have been met, that our company can win.
Do you fund all of these projects yourself?
We do fund a number of projects with our own capital, but we raise capital on behalf of the landowner and energy producer through our many funding partners who wish to see the world progress.
Are you a private equity group or a venture group?
We are neither! Anemos was originally founded to be a dealmaking group. Our three founders saw the opportunity to connect many of our connections who are the brilliant ones who developed the technology and funding vehicles to make all of these projects possible. We are here to help make all of their projects possible.
